Our Policies

Guarantee Reservation:

Corporate Companies: For booking up to 05 rooms, reservation subject to written confirmation through mail (official email-id).

For Individuals: Guarantee reservation confirmation subject to 100% advance payment, upon the payment of same confirmation will be guaranteed.

Group Booking (Corporate or Individual): Subject to 50% Advance payment of total reserved rooms and banquet facilities. Balance payment 7 days prior to the date of arrival. All extra’s to be settled at the time of check-out by cash / card only.

Cancellation Policy:

A. For FIT / Corporate: Maximum up to 05 Rooms, cancellation charges will be as follows:

  • No Show: 100% retention charges will be applicable on reserved rooms
  • Cancellation received less than 48 hours, prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms.
  • 03 to 05 Days: 50% retention charge will be applicable.
  • 15 Days In Advance: No Retention charges will be applicable.

B. Group Bookings: More than 05 rooms, cancellation charges will be as follows:

  • NO Show: 100% Retention charges will be applicable on reserved rooms and banquets.
  • Cancellation received less than 72 hrs prior to the date of arrival, 100% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms and banquets.
  • Cancellation received within 31 days to 45 days prior to the date of arrival, 30% retention charges will be charged on reserved rooms and Banquet facilities booked.
  • Cancellation 46 days prior to the date of arrival, the booking charges of INR 20,000/- will be charged against the reservation.

Wedding and Events Reservation Policy

Guarantee Reservation:

  • Booking confirmation subject to Booking Amount of INR 1,00,000/- which is Non-Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Adjustable
  • Within 30 Days of Booking Advance, 50% of Total Estimated Invoice value to be deposited.
  • Balance 50% of Total Invoice Value to be settled on or before 30 Days prior to the date of function.
  • Extra’s if any to be settle at the time of Check out either by Cash or Credit Card Only.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation received within 90 days prior to the date of event, 50% retention charges will be applicable on reserved rooms and Banquet facilities booked.
  • Cancellation once the booking is confirmed on advance payment, 30% of Total Invoice Value will be applicable which is Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Adjustable.

Refund Policy:
Any refunds as per policy will be credited to customer Accounts between 07 to 15 working Days.
